My approach is solutions-focused, strengths-based, and integrative. I encourage clients to see and accept who they are in a way that may liberate them from ways they’ve seen themselves in the past and to walk into the future with a more complete and integrated perspective. Depending on your interest and need, our work together may center around exploring inner healing with the hope of expanding your own sense of therapeutic awareness.
In helping my clients, I often integrate practices from mindfulness, psychoanalysis, personality integration, and radical acceptance. Depending on the need, I may also use cognitive behavioral techniques and other techniques developed from current research and clinical practice.
