David Harris, MTS, MS

Rock Springs Co-founder and Executive Director

Professional Coach for Work, Life, and Relationships

I offer three areas of service: work-life, relational, and organizational consultations.

I. For my clients interested in career re-assessments, I provide a solution-focused, fast-paced approach. Drawing from my specialized training in career coaching along with 25+ years in management, I focus on my clients' gifts and strengths to help them develop new strategies and opportunities. My clients often say that they appreciate my supportive and practical approach.

II. For my clients who are interested in engaging in self-reflection and desire a warm and safe environment to talk through deeper issues of life, work, and relationships, I offer an approach based in my study of wisdom traditions, psychology, and philosophy. These fields provide me with an understanding of the psyche which I use to cultivate a deeper appreciation and respect for my clients' life stories. My goal is to help promote positive and meaningful changes along with deeper understanding of life.

III. For organizations, I offer team-development and motivational workshops, consultation for stalled initiatives, customer-service trainings, and more.

Professionally, I am an active participant in the therapeutic community, speaking frequently at local and state meetings and conferences on topics ranging from career transitions to new trends and developments in psychotherapy. I'm honored to serve as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Rock Springs. For more information, please visit my personal website.
