I've enjoyed working with adolescent and adult individuals, couples, and families, addressing communication, self-awareness, relationship issues, parenting, aging, spiritual issues, grief, and the normal but difficult transitions of living. I have extensive experience helping individuals who are in treatment for anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, women's issues, pre-marital and marital counseling, divorce recovery, and support for care-givers for the elderly and the ill.
I also lead groups and workshops in spiritual exploration and work with the Enneagram Personality typology for growth and self-discovery. I'm a member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors.
