UPLOAD A DOCUMENT TO PORTAL
Uploading a document to our private and confidential client portal is easy and straightforward.

Once you have a digital image ready to upload, log into our portal (RockSprings.clientsecure.me). Remember that this is a secure, passwordless system that will email a link to you for access to the site.

1) Once you have logged in, go to the TOP LINE: Appointments Documents Billing & Payments
2) Select DOCUMENTS and scroll to the bottom of the page
3) Select Upload Files and then upload your document or digitized vaccine card.
