In College Sanity 101, a small group of teens meet in a safe, supportive space here at Rock Springs. Our goal is simple but challenging: prepare for the college experience with intention, focus, information and fun!
We create a self-care plan, learn stress management strategies, and discuss how to manage time.
We explore setting and meeting academic and career goals, reflecting on values and interests, and identifying the qualities to seek in new friends! We have fun!
