I work with individuals, couples, and families.
Participating in therapy takes courage and I welcome you as you are. As a practitioner, I want to provide a space where my clients can courageously develop their own way of connecting both with themselves and with the world. I believe our stories are shaped by our lived experiences, connections, and interactions. I take a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive stance in uncovering a story that best fits you.

I also want to help my clients build a story that is supportive of who they are becoming on their journey towards healing, self-discovery, and life-affirming change. I believe there is a tremendous healing power in being seen, heard, and understood in a compassionate, nonjudgmental relationship. I employ practices grounded in attachment styles, human development, life transitions, and multicultural issues. We’ll face life’s challenges together. I look forward to the privilege of helping you on your journey to wellness.

If you are seeking someone that will provide a compassionate space for you to safely explore and navigate life challenges, who will believe in you and help you believe in yourself, please reach out to me. I welcome all individuals, couples, and families here at Rock Springs Positive Coaching, Caring, and Counseling.
